    Hello,

I would be sure to inspect the cable on the keyboard to make sure it is not damaged. You could attempt swapping out the keyboard to another machine to see if the issue persists.

If the issue is still present when trying on another machine, you may want to return or replace your keyboard.

yep. C able and connection were checked and both were fine.
Swapped out keyboard with a new one. Only have the 1 machine.
That did not fix. Still not working.
    Thanks.
    Any and all suggestions/fixes welcome.

    Try a deep reboot.
Disconnect all power. Remove battery. Hold power button for 30 seconds to discharge capacitors. Reconnect power. Power up. Test keyboard.
