    Cancel Carbonite Account

    I have used Carbonite for many years and have it on my 2019 Mac and older Windows laptop. I now use iDrive on my Mac and want to put it on the laptop. How do I cancel my Carbonite account and avoid further yearly charges? I’m unable to disable auto renewal for either computer.
