I got a notice that my email capacity is 3/4 full. Do they include emailssaved in files under labels to the left of inbox?

  Hello Kaci Capurro,

Yes, that does include emails saved under your labels. You have two options, use the search function to find and delete junk emails. Then two you can purchase more storage using Google One, tap or click here to see your options.

Additionally, if you purchase the first tier of Google One for $1.99 a Month, you get 100GB of storage, which will allow you to backup all of the photos on your phone to Google Photo cloud storage.
