    the articles don’t seem to address the question, of penetration of the more-modern 5G higher-frequency signals, versus the prior less-high-frequency signals — they just seem to address the general penetration of building-materials, in BOTH !

    One of the most fundamental laws of physics, as it relates to wireless, is that lower frequencies travel farther and penetrate buildings deeper (or propagate better) than higher frequencies.

    Higher the frequency, the less distance it will travel, very similar to how AM and FM radio work.
