  Can I remote access an iPhone 8?

  My dad is in assisted living on lock down. I purchased him an iPhone so that it would auto answer and he could voice call. Somehow the auto answer has been turned off. He is visually challenged and not a lot of help. Can I remotely access his settings, and turn back on the auto answer?
